At ULTRA IPTV, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once the subscription has been activated.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund only under the following conditions:
- Service not activated within a reasonable time
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
- Incorrect subscription delivered
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after activation
- Device incompatibility not verified before purchase
- Poor internet connection on user side
- Partial usage of subscription
4. Refund Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
